"My farm needed organic matter. So I decided to try chicken manure to raise the OM. I had the soil tested before I started and within three years the OM level was raised by three fold. I have been very satisfied with the results."

Thomas Hardie - Pierson, IA

"I applied 2 ton per acre of chicken litter last year (2018) after the second cutting. It greened up the alfalfa and increased the tonnage also. This year my first cutting produced the most tonnage off this alfalfa field and I thought it looked healthier. I will be applying chicken litter this year after the first cutting."
